4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely content/feedback, and any necessary access (domains, hosting, ad accounts) required to deliver the agreed services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (website, creatives, ad assets) created specifically for the client is transferred to the client. TheSocialVox retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

TheSocialVox will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality results but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, rankings, or follower counts), as these depend on factors outside our control.
